Just curious about something concerning the full moon...
I can have the most vivid and lucid dreams and wake remembering many details..Nights where I feel I've had up to 5 or 6 different dreams..
Then there are times when I wake feeling completely blank.
I know certain things factor into this such as being over tired or having a glass or two of wine before bed  But I really have been paying attention and I am finding that the moon cycle may also factor in...
It seems as we begin the period between the first quarter and full moon, my dreaming is more intense and active..It's starting again right now after a week or so of no dream memory...The last few nights I have been overloaded with dreams and my memory of detail is really strong...
( full moon is just a few days away)
Has anyone else noticed a more active dreaming period around the full moon?
